Tré Sands grew up running the cuts and channels between Harbour Island, Eleuthera, and the cays of the Exuma chain. He fished commercially before he could drive a car, ran his first guided charter at 18, and has spent every season since refining what a truly local, truly premium charter feels like.
Salty Adventures is the company he always wished existed — one where serious offshore anglers and barefoot families are equally at home. Boats are kept immaculate, gear is tournament-grade, and every itinerary is shaped around the guests on board rather than a fixed daily route.
When he's not on the water, you'll find Tré at Sip Sip with his wife and kids, or freediving the inside reef line south of Hatchet Bay.
